Dear Ariane, ever since I went skiing in Austria a long long time ago, and had them at a great little place in a the middle of the pistes called 'De vliegende Hollander', I LOVE this sort of pancake.... So yummie....
But I will need some help from you in turning the pancake as that is indeed the trickiest thing.... Ay advice? I always mess this part up pretty much beyond repair. Great tip about the icing sugar while cooking still!
Can't wait to give this another try!

Delicious Bryani my friend & i had..simply different taste from the others that i had before..The Samosas were fantastic, the drinks were awesome..we had 2 sets of bryani, 2 pcs prawn samosa,hot tea, mango juice & ice masala tea..we paid USD15 & to us the price is quite reasonable as the food taste superb..thanks to the owner of the restaurant, if im not wrong his name is Mr Ahmed - he is very friendly & helpful..we enjoy eating every food we had ordered. The food is not only delcious, but also reasonably priced as well. We find the atmosphere to be better that other Indian restaurants in town. It's off the main strip so there are not flocks of begging children or adults. The owner is nice. They have the most vegetarian options we have food so far in Cambodia. We highly reccomend The Maharajah!

Ariane, you're wonderful ! And lovely, and brilliant and I can hear your laugh as it resounds across the plains of northern France ! You really should enter the Master Chef competition. Last week, 3 French competitors, in the last 18, made an absolute hash of a Tarte Tatin - not one of them knew how to make caramel, how to make pâte brisée nor, worst of all, how to peel and core an apple ! Only one could be expelled, but the jury wanted all three to go.
